New Site Launch -- MySpaceCodeZone.net: Tools to Customize your MySpace Profile, Discussion Boards, News and More
Hartford, CT (PRWEB) January 31, 2008 -- It doesn't take much to notice that most MySpace pages are unintelligible. From odd colors to glaring sounds to error dialogs popping up, most profiles you see look like they were put together by a third grader.
This is one of the main reasons sites like MySpaceCodeZone.net were created and have prospered -- to help novice and increasingly young users mod their profiles in a way that doesn't give the viewer a headache, while at the same time, allowing people to express themselves in a way that will invite others in.
Rob Siragusa, the founder and developer behind MySpaceCodeZone.net, says, "People need the proper tools to help set up their profile in a way that expresses who they are. The average user doesn't care about HTML, CSS or other web technologies; they want to be able to change their page around easily and quickly. This site will allow people to do just that; there's even an instructional videos series to help with the learning curve."
Siragusa says the most common mistake he sees when browsing profiles is making the main page too busy. "Often people cram their profiles with photos, videos, bright text/background colors and large fonts. All of this with no whitespace makes it tough to read ... then the blaring music starts and I can't press the BACK button fast enough." If users would like their profiles to be easily read by the most people, sometimes less is more. "Remember, you can put as many pictures as you want under the PICS section; the same with videos. Try to incorporate whitespace so your page is a little easier on the eye. Choose colors for your font and background that are not close to each other on the color chart. Most professional web pages are black text on a white background for a good reason."
