Tlehs Delivers Neighborhood Newsletter and Resident Directory to Hampton Hall Subdivision
Duluth, GA (PRWEB) April 7, 2008 -- Tlehs Publishing?, Atlanta's leading publisher of directories, newsletters and websites for upscale subdivisions and communities, announced today that they will begin producing the neighborhood newsletter and resident directory for Hampton Hall, a John Wieland custom home community in Alpharetta.
"In the past all of our resident communications were home-based and homegrown," explains Kyle Caswell, president of the Hampton Hall homeowner's association. "Eventually our newsletters had gotten so tired and redundant that about a year ago we just stopped putting them out."
The decision to go with Tlehs was part of a series of enhancements that the Hampton Hall homeowners' association board of directors has made this year including the selection of the new property management company who referred Hampton Hall to Tlehs.
"Once I got to see the Tlehs product, I was impressed with the quality," continued Caswell. "Contracting with Tlehs to produce our newsletter and directory will definitely contribute to our overall plan to help upgrade the image of the neighborhood."
Hampton Hall residents will start receiving their Tlehs newsletter later this month. Their first directory will arrive in June. Tlehs is accepting advertising from sponsors beginning immediately.
"During a time when homeowners are particularly sensitive about maintaining home values, we are seeing an increase in interest from subdivisions and property managers to upgrade their communications," explained Tom Melcher, President of Tlehs Publishing. "Our easy to use communications programs are helping to ensure resident satisfaction as well as uphold real estate values."
