The New La Riviera of Matawan Receives Positive Review from the Restaurant Researcher Society News.

Matawan, NJ (PREWEB) May 21, 2008 - Spanish and Italian cuisine has found at a new home at La Riviera of Matawan, in Matawan, New Jersey. New chef Rich Krug is at the helm of the restaurant, which has redone it interior as well as some of its menu. Recently, the restaurant the subject of a restaurant review in the New York Daily News. La Riviera of Matawan was featured as the "Restaurant Researchers Society News' 'Area Best Buy for the Buck'" and written by Gail Gerson-Witte. According to Witte, the cuisine at La Riviera is a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.

"Chef Rich gives presentation and flavor equal weight in every dish," said Gerson-Witte. "No individual ingredient fights with another for precedence, but passively melts to form a superior taste."

The restaurant review continues to give detailed descriptions about of different dishes that received positive comments from other restaurant reviewers. These dishes include the Chilean Sea Bass ala Pistachio on top of Wild Mushroom Risotto, Grilled Florida Snapper, Penne Siciliana, Rigatoni with Broccoli Rabe, Garlic and Sausage, and other dishes.

According to Gerson-Witte, the eyes were not left out of the experience at La Riviera, as restaurant goers are surrounded by a youthful decoration style.

"They deserve an award for, excellent service and an exquisite dining experience amid a very clubby, alluring setting, which feels as if you are on the coast of the Riviera, or a small hotel on the Mediterranean, in Italy or Spain," said Gerson-Witte.

The New La Riviera of Matawan also offers a lounge, a dance floor and an upstairs club with available private areas.
