Crawdaddy's, a Cajun Restaurant, Featured in San Jose Mercury-News
San Jose, CA (PRWEB) June 21, 2008 -- A taste of casual Cajun crawfish dining can now be found in San Jose, California, thanks to Thai Nguyen his restaurant, Crawdaddy's. Crawdaddy's was recently reviewed by Steven Chae, a writer for the San Jose Mercury-News. The Cajun-themed place is a Vietnamese-owned restaurant that serves hot crawfish, shrimp and crab by the pound.
According to the review, serving and cooking crawfish is a familiar routine to the Vietnamese people, as many of them were shrimp farmers and fishermen in their home country. Nguyen's father, Tom Nguyen, has his own belief about that crawfish's popularity with Vietnamese people; Tom thinks that, "Asians like their seafood, and if it's sexy, all the better."
